570g Puly Brew Head Cleaner Puly Caff is the fast-dissolving cleaning powder product used for backwashing the brew heads on portafilter machines. It can also be used to clean strainers and strainer handles. Simply mix 1-2 teaspoons of Puly Caff with warm water and soak the dirty parts of your coffee machine for about 20 minutes. When you remove the parts from the tray, they will be cleaned and look shiny and new. To backwash the brewing head, put 1 coffee spoon of Puly Caff in a blind filter and let it run as if you were making a coffee. A foam will appear from the waste or disposal tube, this procedure should be repeated until the foam clears. A normal backwash with water only should then be carried out so that the cleaning products are completely washed out. It is recommended to backwash the brewing head at least once a month.
