Camomile flowers, spearmint leaves (36%), liquorice root, lavender flowers, hemp (cannabis sativa) (6%), ashwagandha root (4%). 10% FairWild certified ingredients (liquorice) based on dry matter.
Instructions for use
Always add boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 to 15 minutes. Only boil as much water as you need. This helps to make every cup of Pukka tea as sustainable as possible.
