Instructions for use | Recommended intake = in the morning, as a snack, after training, in the evening, add 30 g of powder (2 heaped scoops) to 400 ml of liquid, e.g. water or a (plant-based) milk of your choice, in a shaker and shake well for approx. 10 seconds - done. You can also add our vegan protein to your smoothie, muesli, porridge etc. or use it for cooking/baking.
