Salty Peanut/Strawberry-Banana/Lemon-Lime/Tropical Fruit/Vanilla: Take 1-3 sachets per hour with water as needed during intense exercise. As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle; Green Apple/Black Currant: 1-3 sachets/day. Take 1 sachet as required at regular intervals during intense exercise with water.
