Powerbar Powergel Hydro Cola (24x67ml)
To give your all during intense training and competition, your body needs a regular supply of energy while exercising – depending on intensity and duration, up to 90 g of carbohydrates per hour! The Powergels Hydro provide carbohydrates and are based on C2MAX, a scientifically developed combination of carbohydrates with a special 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose sources. The innovative packaging makes it easy to open and consume the gels. The thin liquid consistency is easy to swallow and does not require additional drinking like traditional gels.
Recommended consumption: During endurance sports, up to 90 g of carbohydrates per hour is recommended, depending on intensity and duration. 1 Powergel Hydro provides approximately 25 g of carbohydrates. For caffeine-free flavors: consume 1-2 pouches per day (for flavors with caffeine: 1 pouch/day) during exercise.

Compared to Power Bars Fuel Gel, the Hydro variant is significantly more liquid, but also sweeter and more artificial in flavour - despite a lower sugar content per serving. The glucose-to-fructose ratio of 2:1 indicates that it is well tolerated even during prolonged exercise or in competitions.
