To give your all during intense training and competition, it's essential to regularly provide your body with energy while exercising—up to 90g of carbohydrates per hour, depending on intensity and duration! The Powergels Hydro deliver carbohydrates and are based on C2MAX, a scientifically developed combination of carbohydrates with a special 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose sources. The innovative packaging makes opening and consuming the gels easy. The thin liquid consistency is easy to swallow and does not require additional drinking like traditional gels.
