After a strenuous training session, your muscles are exhausted and need protein for repair and rebuilding processes. That's why PowerBar High Protein Shake contains 30g of high-quality protein and lots of flavour, but with little fat and no added sugar. This promotes the repair and building processes of the muscles and makes it the ideal drink for in-between meals. And to protect the environment, the High Protein Shake is filled in a bottle made from 100% recycled plastic*. Thanks to gentle heating, the High Protein Shake can also be kept unrefrigerated.
Recommended consumption
1-2 bottles per day. For best results, drink directly after training. Shake well before use.
Salted Caramel: Skimmed milk (90%), milk protein (7%), low-fat cocoa powder, stabilisers (cellulose, cellulose gum, carrageenan), salt, natural flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).
