Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron fumarate, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, thiamine. Contains gluten. May contain traces of SOY, MILK, LUPINS and EGGS.
Instructions for use
Preparation in porridge: Bring 200/250 ml water or vegetable stock to the boil. Add 2 tablespoons of Plasmon Puntine and cook for 4 minutes. To prepare the porridge, use Plasmon vegetable stock and choose between the homogenised or freeze-dried Plasmon varieties. Preparation and dry dosing: Bring 500 ml of water or vegetable stock to the boil. Add 2 tablespoons of Plasmon Puntine and boil for 4 minutes, then drain. Then add a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. One tablespoon is about 12 grams. The quantities are indicative and may vary according to the paediatrician's opinion depending on the child's age and appetite.
