Oro di Milas Natives Olivenöl Extra is an excellent single-varietal oil produced in the historic region of Milas. The Memecik olives are hand-harvested from four orchards spanning over 500 hectares and are cold-pressed within 6-8 hours at a modern, highly regarded family-owned olive oil mill. The Memecik olives grow exclusively in the area surrounding the province of Milas, giving the olive oil a uniquely rich flavor. The organic certification will be issued in 2024. This results in a wonderful pure Memecik juice that begins with an intense aroma of green olives and freshly cut grass during the olfactory phase. Its aromatic notes include tomato leaves, green apple, and almond, culminating in a reminder of the aromatic herbs of the landscape. On the palate, it showcases olive fruits, leaves, herbs, and green almonds. It offers a pleasant bitterness and spiciness with a very enjoyable aftertaste. A great EVOO. Complex, harmonious, and long-lasting. Oro di Milas has been awarded multiple times worldwide, winning over 6 gold medals in its category. It pairs perfectly with leafy greens, Greek salad, tomato sauce, legumes, pasta, risotto, red meat and poultry, fatty fish, and chocolate desserts.
