Recommended use:
Take 1 serving once daily after training or before bedtime. Dissolve 1 serving (10 g powder – 20 units = ½ of the scoop or 1 tablespoon) in 200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A balanced and varied diet, along with a healthy lifestyle, is recommended. Note: The formation of small crystals is not a sign of reduced quality and does not affect the efficacy or taste.
