Ingredients:
Oat King® whole grain oat powder (60 %), Oat King® baking mix (wheat flour, wheat starch, milk sugar, modified starch, emulsifier E471, acidifier diphosphate, raising agent sodium carbonates, thickening agent xanthan, natural lemon flavor), whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, 3 % mini chocolate rondes (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, sweet whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin), flavor, Eggtive (chicken egg white), soy lecithin, salt, colorant beta carotene, sweetener sucralose.
Preparation:
Add 70 ml of water to a microwave-safe mug, then add 50 g of the powder mixture and stir well with a teaspoon or cake fork. Depending on your taste, you can mix in delicious ingredients like fresh blueberries. Place the mug at the edge of the microwave plate and cook on high for 90 seconds. Cooking time may vary by about 10 seconds shorter or longer depending on the device and personal preference. Let it cool for five minutes and enjoy directly from the mug.

Instructions for use | Pour 70 ml water into a microwave-safe mug, add 50 g powder mixture and stir well with a teaspoon. Microwave at high power for 90 seconds. The cooking time can be about 10 seconds longer or shorter depending on the appliance and flavour. Leave to cool for five minutes and enjoy straight from the cup. The cupcake can also be made in the oven. Pour 50 g of the powdered mixture with 70 ml of water into a baking dish (e.g. a muffin tin) and bake for 15 minutes at 180 C in a preheated oven. |
