The leaves of the horseradish tree (Moringa oleifera) are hand-harvested and then immediately dried gently. The leaves have a horseradish-like, slightly spicy flavor and can be used in a variety of ways.
Application
Moringa tea can be brewed on its own or blended with other herbs or spices and enjoyed as a warm or cold tea. The leaves can also be added to vegetable dishes or soups.
