Product details
NaturKraftWerke linseed oil is always fresh from the press. Our Demeter linseed oil is cold-pressed and gently bottled in small batches at our company headquarters in the Zurich Oberland using a pressing process that has been continuously optimised for over 18 years. Oxygen and light are excluded during the pressing and bottling process. We achieve an outlet temperature of 32° Celsius using special cooling technology. A largely plastic-free process technology rounds off the quality catalogue. The golden-coloured edible oil, which smells sweet when pressed, is available as virgin, unfiltered and untreated. It is optimally protected from light and oxidation-provoking environmental influences in violet glass. Linseed oil contains an average of 52 to 55% omega 3 fatty acids. Linseed oil should not be heated. Use it in cold dishes, for example in salads, quark dishes, muesli or on its own. Or pour over warm dishes. 1-2 tablespoons (approx. 10 g) per day are sufficient to cover the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids.
