Koch Matcha
Koch Matcha is different from classic matcha in that it is made from the whole ground tea leaf, including leaf veins and stems from Sencha Matcha. Koch Matcha has a higher content of bitter substances, making it particularly suitable for both sweet and savory dishes and beverages, as an ingredient or spice. As a tea, it is less suitable because it is more robust and bitter than tea matcha. Ideal for all kinds of dishes and drinks.
