Our apricots grow in our own controlled organic farming projects in the clear mountain air of the high altitudes of the Taurus Mountains. Apricot trees thrive best in clay soils without waterlogging and in areas where the average annual temperature does not fall below 8 °C. The apricot tree can reach a height of 5 meters. Its yellow to orange-red fruits are classified as stone fruit. In the fifth or sixth year, the tree bears its first fruits, and its yield can be up to 200 kg.
