Morga cold-pressed maize germ oil is a high-quality, 100% natural oil that is extracted from maize germ using an artisanal process. It is unblended and unrefined, which preserves the natural flavours and nutrients. This oil is ideal for preparing salads, raw vegetables and for steaming dishes. Due to its intense flavour, it should be used sparingly. The product contains only cis fatty acids and is free from trans fatty acids. It is not suitable for deep-frying.
