Peppermint, thyme, ginger, lemon peel, sage leaves, clove, elderberries, elderflowers, zinc, vitamin C, acerola juice granulate, selenium. 20 individually wrapped bags of 2.0 g each = 40 g.

Preparation: Pour 2 dl of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Swirl the bag in the infusion, and press the bag well against the rim of the cup or with a spoon.
