Montecristo Linea 1935 Maltes

One of the biggest highlights of the 19th Habanos Festival was undoubtedly the presentation of the Línea 1935 by Montecristo. Named after the founding year of the brand, this line expands the range with three new vitolas that are among the highest quality Habanos offered by the brand. The cigars in the 1935 line are handcrafted with the utmost care, using the finest tobacco leaves selected from Vuelta Abajo, the best tobacco-growing region in the world. The blend of these leaves gives the cigars a beautiful caramel-colored wrapper and a full, strong flavor, unlike the somewhat milder Habanos from Montecristo. Only after reviews and tastings by the most experienced experts, including members of the Tobacco Research Institute, the National Tasting Commission, and of course Habanos S.A. itself, was the Montecristo Línea 1935 brought to market. The box of this line features a timeless design, lacquered in a beautiful caramel brown that matches the cigar's wrapper and with beveled edges. The brand's logo with the Fleur-de-lis is displayed on the lid. The Montecristo Línea 1935 Maltes, with the Sobresalientes format, is the medium size of the 1935 series. In addition to the Maltes, the smaller Montecristo Línea 1935 Dumas and the larger Montecristo Línea 1935 Leyenda are also available.
