This pear cake syrup can be used in your bakery in a variety of ways. For example, you can soak your biscuits with it to add an extra burst of flavor, or use it to flavor and glaze other desserts of your choice. We particularly like to use it for our Zuger Kirsch cake to give it its distinctive taste.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, concentrated juice from pears and other fruits, flavoring. Fruit juice content: at least 33%, of which 20% is pear juice.
