This hazelnut cake syrup can be used in many ways in your bakery. For example, you can use it to soak your biscuits, giving them an extra boost of flavor, or to flavor and coat other desserts of your choice. We particularly like to use it for our Zuger Kirsch cake to enhance its unique taste.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, flavoring, concentrated lemon juice, preservative: E202, coloring: E150b. Contains hazelnut extract.
