Monin Bitter

"Bitter" or "Amer" generally refers to an aperitif liqueur made from an infusion of bitter plants. Bitter is commonly used in cocktails around the world, such as in the famous Americano; it quickly transforms a mixture into a balanced drink. For a long time, "Bitter" has been reputed to possess healing properties. To create a non-alcoholic aperitif or to reduce the alcohol content in cocktails while maintaining their balance and flavor, MONIN has developed a non-alcoholic bitter concentrate. This contains ingredients similar to the original, including gentian, cardamom, nuts, ginger, and paprika.
