Monin bitter

"Bitter" or "Amer" commonly refer to an aperitif liqueur made from an infusion of bitter plants. The bitter is widely used around the world in cocktails such as the famous Americano; in the blink of an eye, it turns a mixture into a balanced drink. "Bitters" for a long time had the reputation of having medicinal properties. For a non-alcoholic aperitif or to reduce the alcohol content in cocktails and balance them, and to preserve their flavor, Monin has developed a bitter concentrate without alcohol. This, like the original, contains gentian, cardamom, nuts, ginger and paprika.
