Stricter criteria apply for water and energy consumption, as well as social requirements such as ensuring the health and safety of employees, compensation for overtime, etc.

Operational measures to promote biodiversity, such as the maintenance of hedges, forest edges, dry stone walls, and beekeeping, are also part of the guidelines.
