Grappa in a limited edition with a soft taste and aromatic scent. The Riserva Acacia presents itself with a varied structure, rich in aromas of the delicate white grape.
On the palate it is rich and complex. Obtained from aromatic white pomace of grape varieties such as Müller Thurgau and Moscato, which are distilled in a classic way in a discontinuous still after gentle pressing in a water bath steam process (Bagnomaria). The grappa obtained rests for 10 years in small acacia barrels to obtain a cuvée of unique and unmistakable aromas. The wood used to build the barrels (Robinia Pseudo Acacia) was stored for at least 36 months. The curvature of the staves is achieved exclusively by steam bending in order to preserve the essential properties of the wood and its core aroma.
