Enjoyment
Our Spanish gold figs are grown in Extremadura in the southwest of Spain. The local variety "Calabacita" is cultivated under certified organic conditions and is dried directly on the tree in the Spanish summer heat. After that, the fruits are individually hand-picked.

This gives the fruits their honey-like, sweet flavor, and the skin of the figs remains pleasantly soft.

Usage
A few organic gold figs are excellent for a healthy, nutrient-rich energy boost in between meals. They also pair very well with a cheese platter or can be sliced and served as confections filled with nuts and/or coated in chocolate.
