Delight
The Corinthian is named after the Greek port city of Corinth and is the smallest variety of grape. It is distinguished not only by its variety but also by its violet-black color, setting it apart from other grapes. Corinthian raisins are stronger and sweeter in taste than sultanas.

Usage
Unlike raisins, Corinthian raisins do not dry out and therefore have a long shelf life. They are excellent for baking.
