The lemons, known as Sfusati, are juicy and semi-sweet in flavor and have been cultivated exclusively on the terraces of the Amalfi Coast for over 300 years. It has a fresh and vibrant lemon scent. The intensity is enhanced by the presence of carbon dioxide, which harmonizes and refines the memory of orange blossoms and lemon peels. Particularly balanced and full-bodied, the long persistence is accompanied by a gentle acidity that dissolves into sweet notes. An intense lemon aroma, very lasting yet delicate.
