Semi-fermented tea specialty from the Rocky Mountain region. In this mountainous landscape, very fine, earthy-fruity, and slightly herb-sweet top varieties are produced. Their uniqueness lies in the fact that the tea leaves are steamed over milk, giving them a creamy, sweet, vanilla-like aroma.
