Eggplants grown on our own farm in Tuscany, sun-ripened and freshly processed. The eggplants are sliced, grilled, and marinated in oil with a touch of parsley and vinegar, which adds freshness to the vegetables.

Usage: Grilled eggplants are a typical Tuscan side dish and are excellent as an appetizer. They are also recommended for preparing pizza, salads, or as a side dish for fish and meat alternatives.
