Product details
An important role in tobacco cultivation is played by the winds, even though they are generally not considered essential. The Greeks, being geniuses themselves, understood the significance of the wind.
The collective name for their wind gods is Anemoi. The north wind was called Boreas, the south wind Notus, the east wind was named Eurus, and Zephyrus was reserved for the west wind. The direction of each wind gave the Greeks an idea of whether to expect a good harvest or to prepare for a bad season. La Galera deemed it appropriate to pay respect to these omnipresent forces. The Dominican Republic is no exception to the influence of these winds. La Galera has studied Boreas, Notus, Eurus, and Zephyrus in the natural habitat of tobacco.
The smoke profile of this medium to strong cigar starts pleasantly light. Gradually, the cigar develops into a flavorful peak. It offers flavors of coffee, nuts, and earth, complemented by leathery, woody, and peppery notes.
