Absinthe Ritual:Pour 2cl Absinthe into an Absinthe glass, place the Absinthe spoon with a sugar cube on the glass. Slowly pour cold water over the sugar. Pour the water over the sugar first. This should dissolve and takes some time. As the sugar dissolves, add more water. At the same time the Absinthe can be diluted with water in the quantity, as it is preferred in taste.
