KoRo Organic maple cream

When thinking of Canada, one inevitably envisions light, fluffy pancakes drizzled with maple syrup. This beloved Canadian ingredient is also gaining popularity in Germany. KoRo's maple cream is made exclusively from maple syrup. While this delicious spread is still relatively unknown in Europe, it has become indispensable in other countries. The cream is produced from finished maple syrup that has been heated to approximately 100 ℃. After being cooled back down to 52 ℃, it is stirred until a creamy consistency is achieved. The maple cream is best enjoyed as a sweet spread on bread, but it can also be used for baking, enhancing porridge and muesli, stirred into hot tea, or simply enjoyed straight from the jar.
