Cashews are among the most popular nuts. However, botanically speaking, they are not actually nuts but seeds. They originally come from the tropics, such as Brazil, where they are also cultivated, harvested, and prepared for global export. After removing the cashew apple from the stem, the seed is freed from its shell, and then you hold the cashew seed in your hands. We also make no compromises when it comes to the quality of our buttery, tender cashew seeds: additives like preservatives, salt, sugar, or oil are out of the question for us.
