KoRo Cashew nuts

Cashews are one of the most popular nuts. Yet botanically speaking, they are not nuts at all, but seeds. Your cashews are harvested in Vietnam. Once the cashew apple has been removed from the stalk, the shell is removed from the kernel and the cashew kernel is held in your hands. KoRo makes no compromises when it comes to the quality of the buttery, tender cashew kernels: Additives such as preservatives, salt, sugar or oil are out of the question at KoRo.

Your cashews are LP broken goods and are ideal as an ingredient in muesli, bread or cakes or for making granola. LP stands for Large Pieces, which means that the broken cashews fit through a sieve with a size of 4.75 mm. Due to weather conditions, some cashews may have dark edges. However, this is not a quality defect, but is within the normal range for natural products.

Consumption recommendation

The cashew curd is ideal for further processing. The cashews are particularly crunchy, super flavourful and extremely versatile: Whether pure, as an ingredient in your muesli, for baking or as a base for homemade plant milk - cashew curd is a real all-rounder.
