Cashews are among the most popular nuts. However, botanically speaking, they are not nuts at all, but seeds. Your cashews are harvested in Vietnam. After removing the cashew apple from the stem, the seed is freed from its shell, and you hold the cashew kernel in your hands. KoRo does not compromise on quality even with the buttery, tender cashew kernels: additives such as preservatives, salt, sugar, or oil are not an option for KoRo.

Your cashew kernels are LP broken pieces and are ideal as an ingredient in muesli, bread, or cakes, or for making granola. LP stands for Large Pieces, meaning that the broken cashews fit through a sieve with a size of 4.75 mm. Due to weather conditions, some cashew kernels may have dark edges. However, this is not a quality defect but falls within the normal range for natural products.
