Sauce for roasts. Knorr Sauce Pur Sauce for roasts is a fine sauce composition made from selected ingredients, gently boiled down for a homemade flavour. The sauce for roasts is ideal with dark meat. Knorr Sauce Pur Sauce for roasts has a particularly strong flavour and therefore enhances a variety of dishes, such as classic roast dishes. The jelly-like consistency of the sauce makes it particularly easy to use and ensures that Knorr Sauce Pur Sauce for roasts dissolves particularly well. This makes your favourite dishes a breeze. Preparation: 1) For 250 ml of warm but not boiling water or gravy. 2) Dissolve Sauce Pure completely in the water, stirring with a whisk. The liquid must not boil. 3) Heat the sauce while stirring and boil for 1 minute. 1 pot is sufficient for approx. 400g lean meat and 300g root vegetables (e.g. onions, celery, carrots). Serve with carrots and parsley potatoes.
