All chocolates in the range are 100% high-quality organic and fair-trade chocolates made in France. The cocoa beans are harvested directly in Africa, the Caribbean, and South America. The production follows traditional methods: the beans are harvested and fermented on the plantation; roasting, grinding, and refinement take place in the company's own factory in France. There, the chocolate is produced, hand-shaped, and decorated. It is characterized by the absence of lecithin and a high cocoa butter content, resulting in a rich flavor that melts in the mouth.

All chocolates are free from palm oil, added fats, and vanilla flavoring.
