Sweet pastry specialty from Willisau. The traditional Willisau specialty baked according to the original recipe in Willisau. Crispy pastry without added fat. Content: 1000 g. Delicate honey and lemon flavor. Perfect with coffee or tea. Free from palm oil and preservatives. Our tip: Break the Ringli into three to four pieces, let them melt on your tongue, and enjoy the fine honey and lemon flavor. The company HUG. The foundation for success was laid by Josef Hug-Meyer in 1877 in Lucerne with the invention of the zwieback. Since then, the traditional company has produced other pastries such as Läckerli, Willisauer Ringli, DAR-VIDA Crackers, gastronomy pastries, frozen snacks, and Bricelets, some of which were added through company acquisitions. HUG AG is still a thoroughly Swiss family business today.
