Holle Organic whole grain cereal porridge rice

Holle Organic Baby Porridges are made from whole grain cereals in a baby-friendly form. They offer various preparation options for a varied complementary feeding diet for your child. Please store in a dry place and protect from heat. Best before: see bottom embossing. Use opened bags within 3 weeks.

1. Heat 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water to about 50 °C.
2. Add 6 tablespoons (25 g) of whole grain flakes.
3. Mix everything well, let the porridge swell briefly, and ensure the correct consumption temperature (37 °C). Alternatively, you can prepare the cereal porridge with 130 ml of breast milk, 200 ml of whole milk or water, or with Holle infant formula made from cow's or goat's milk (150 – 170 ml).

Gluten-free from the 5th month. For your baby's health, it is important to follow the preparation recommendations. Always prepare the food fresh. Please do not reuse food leftovers and do not heat the porridge in the microwave (risk of overheating). Pay attention to a balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle, and thorough dental care starting from your baby's first tooth.
