Best milk quality. Demeter cow's milk is of high quality and excellent taste. This is primarily due to the species-appropriate husbandry of the cows: they live in small herds, are allowed to graze regularly, and receive only organic feed with plenty of hay and green fodder, mostly from their own farm. This makes the animals robust and vital. Additionally, Demeter cows are allowed to keep their horns, which, according to Demeter farmers, are important for the digestion of feed and thus significant for the quality of the milk. For Holle organic infant milk PRE, we use valuable Demeter milk. Demeter farms operate biodynamically in harmony with nature and respect the species-specific characteristics of plants and animals.
