Holle Organic Infant Formula based on goat's milk should not be used in cases of cow's milk intolerance, as cow's milk and goat's milk contain partially the same protein components, and intolerance or allergic reactions can occur with both types of milk. If there is a confirmed cow's milk intolerance or suspicion of one, the pediatrician must determine an individual approach.
