Application:
Pour boiled water (slightly cooled, ideal temperature 78 °C) over a heaping teaspoon of dry tea and let it steep for 1-2 minutes. If you prefer the tea to be strongly stimulating but with a mild aroma, steep for 2-4 minutes if you want the aroma to be robust but the tea not to be overly stimulating.
