With the hot, adjustable flame, the sprinkled sugar can be quickly and precisely caramelized while the cream underneath remains cool. For safety, the burner is equipped with a child safety lock (the silver pin must be pulled to ignite the flame). The burner is delivered unfilled. To refill, standard butane gas is used, as is common with lighters. Set includes an adjustable gas burner (flame size adjustable, refillable) and 4 oval porcelain dishes.
