With this Swiss meringue buttercream mix, you can easily and quickly create a fluffier and less sweet buttercream than with regular buttercream recipes. Mix 95 to 125 g of water with 125 g of the powder. After a resting time of one hour, you can beat 150 g of soft butter until fluffy, and then gradually fold in the prepared mixture until fully incorporated. Finally, beat the cream for another 10 minutes; it can then be chilled or used immediately as a cake filling or for spreading. With a slightly firmer, well-chilled buttercream, you can also create elegant buttercream flowers.
