FunCakes Mixture for Enchanted Cream (900g)

What’s in this name? This extremely light and soft, snow-white cream is truly enchanting. FunCakes Enchanted Cream Mix is perfect for decorating and coating cakes or as a topping for cupcakes. It is much lighter than many other creams, yet still firm enough to create perfect cupcake swirls that hold their shape beautifully. The Enchanted Cream® is made in just a few minutes. Thanks to its extremely white color, it can be easily colored with FunCakes food colors. The vanilla flavor is pleasant, but you can also add other flavors. For example, fruit juices, zests, liqueurs, and spices work well with FunCakes flavor pastes. This cream is truly perfect for inspiring your creativity!

Easily prepare a light, fluffy, snow-white cream for decorating and coating cakes or as a topping for cupcakes. The preparation takes only a few minutes. Just add water and/or milk, stir, and the cream is ready to use. The cream is already delicious, but its white color and vanilla flavor also make it perfect for adding food colors and flavor pastes. Preparation: For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream®, mix 150 g of the powder, 100 ml of milk, and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes on high speed. Flavor with FunCakes aroma as desired. The cream can be used immediately. The prepared cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days; stir before reusing. If you prefer, the mix can be prepared with only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml) to make it creamier or less creamy. One portion of Enchanted Cream® is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake of Ø25 cm or to swirl about 24-30 small cakes. This product is halal certified.
