Instructions for use | Preheat the oven to 170 °C (fan oven 160 °C). The ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix 140 g soft butter. Add 400 g mix and 200 g eggs (4 eggs) and mix at medium speed for 5 minutes until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased baking tin of approx. Ø 18-20 cm and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 50 minutes. Remove the cake from the tin immediately and leave to cool on a baking tray. This product is halal certified. |
