The delicious marzipan paste for rolling out from FunCakes is very soft and flexible. This makes the marzipan easy to handle and perfect for rolling out. The marzipan paste has a beautiful, fine texture and remains firm after rolling. If you want a less intense final colour, you can simply mix the coloured marzipan with white marzipan. You can also mix two different coloured marzipan paste together.
