This disc of rolled fondant from FunCakes is the easiest way to cover a cake. It can be used directly and has a delicious vanilla flavor. The fondant disc is available in a bright yellow color and is suitable for covering a cake with a diameter of 15 to 20 cm and a height of 10 cm, or a cake with a diameter of 20 to 25 cm and a height of 7.5 cm. The disc can also be used to decorate cupcakes, cookies, and other baked goods.

Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Sugar (77%), glucose syrups, vegetable fats (palm kernel, palm), humectants: E422, E1103, thickeners: E413, E415, emulsifier: E471, natural flavouring, colouring: E102, E172.
Instructions for use
Preparation: Remove the disc from the packaging and roll it out carefully. Pull the white film flat on both edges. Cover the cake with a thin layer of buttercream. Carefully place the sugar paste disc on the cake with the white foil facing upwards. Remove the foil and carefully smooth the sugarpaste over the cake. Cut off the excess and decorate the cake.
