Perfect for making candies, lollipops, and drip cakes. Or dip cupcakes and cookies into the melts. Melt in the microwave or in a water bath. For the microwave: Melt in a bowl at a maximum of 500W. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the mixture is almost completely melted (small pieces are still visible). Continue stirring until the melts are smooth and fully melted, and proceed as desired. Let harden in the refrigerator (10-15 minutes). For a finer result, add a few drops of vegetable oil.
