Cake glaze gives cakes, cookies, cake pops, and cupcakes a luxurious shine with minimal effort. Unlike couverture, cake glaze only needs to be melted and does not require tempering to harden and shine beautifully again. The glaze can also be easily melted multiple times. Ingredients: sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: E492, E322 (sunflower), coloring: E160a.
